Kelly Rakowski is the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors at AHSG, where she leads the company’s strategic vision and operations across its two primary business units – Trio Workforce Solutions and AHS Staffing. AHSG is a leading technology-driven healthcare workforce solutions organization, enabling healthcare systems to optimize workforce performance, control labor costs, and improve patient outcomes. As CEO, Kelly drives innovation, client-centered strategy, and operational rigor across the enterprise. Under her leadership, AHSG has expanded its offerings to include scalable managed services, dynamic staffing models, and proprietary VMS technology, establishing Trio Workforce Solutions and AHS Staffing as trusted partners to healthcare organizations nationwide. Kelly brings a wealth of industry knowledge from her prior leadership roles in healthcare workforce management and technology-enabled services. Before joining AHSG, she held executive positions that contributed to advancements in workforce strategy and enterprise value across large healthcare and consulting organizations, including AMN Healthcare, Accenture and GE Healthcare. Kelly holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Rochester and a Master's Degree in Healthcare Services Management & Policy from the University of Michigan.
